Once purchased, tickets and bedroom packages cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or details of the event are significantly changed after an order has been placed.
Treat your tickets with the same security as your own cash.
If copies are made, the first ticket scanned at the event will
be allowed entry. Subsequent scans (whether of the original
or copies) will not be allowed entry.
There is no booking fee for e-tickets purchased online.
Full payment for your e-ticket(s) and bedrooms is taken at the time of booking.
You need a printer to print out your e-ticket.
Maximum of 20 e-tickets and bedrooms can be purchased online.
Tribute Night and Christmas Party e-tickets are for over 18s only.
You must also comply with any age restrictions which apply to the event.
e-tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Guests will be seated at tables of 8 or 10 persons. Larger tables may be available on certain dates upon request.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied.
If an event is cancelled by us, we will notify you by phone, email or in writing (using the details you provided with us at the time of ordering) and the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
If an event is moved to another date/venue, we will notify you by phone, email or in writing (using the details you provided us with at the time of ordering) and advise you of the rescheduled date/venue. e-tickets will remain valid and refund requests will be accepted up until one week prior to the revised date.
Wyboston Lakes Ltd complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information you provide will be used only by Wyboston Lakes Ltd and will not be shared with any third party.
The e-ticket holder must comply with all relevant safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
